I have seen this anomaly once before but because it was so bizarre I did not believe my eyes. I did not believe that the cards would be rotated so when the game crashed I didn't believe what I saw but obviously it does happen

This one can't be my phone but please check because it is bizarre! A game just ended with that typical warning dialog box stating a sorry blah blah blah... at approx 4:32 PM CST but there is a major twist on this one. Please look at both attachments. One is a screenshot I took when the game froze and the other is a screenshot of the usual dialogue box that comes up signifying that the game has ended. The first one I took before the sorry blah blah blah dialogue box is a screenshot where you will see three hearts with an ace in front of me. Well this is totally wrong because I should be the last card thrown. All three of those cards in reality should be rotated clockwise one player or in other words clockwise 90°. The player to my left through the 8th and I was about to Trump with diamonds. In fact after that Trump on that book I would have gotten the message that the rest of the tricks are mine. This is getting old Josh and I'm very frustrated that I'm stuck in the 1800s with my ratings because I keep on losing a ton of rating points because of stuff like this and I've never gotten my reading points back so my rating number definitely does not match my win-loss record. Granted some of the rating number loss has been at my hands but a bunch of it has been at the game apps crashes.

Please let me know if it is my phone again but I don't see how with cards now being rotated on the table.

It just did it again at 2:33 AM CST.
Please see attached.
The cards are again rotated incorrectly 90° counterclockwise and should actually be 90° the other way and I should be throwing a card yet and the screenshot you will see it looks like I let off but I didn't. The player to the left of me let off on this book so I should be the last person throwing a card yet this game app is rotating the cards and then crashing us.

Sept 6, 2024 twice in a row was in the middle of games and it errored out. Frustrating as I was ahead in both cases. I believe I was also given penalties. Can you help please.?

Also, I want to apologize for thinking that you are relatively new to this game site. But on your avatar it says member for one year yet you have a very impressive total game volume and a great win-loss percentage going for you. Did you really play that many total games in one year?

With all that said do you remember if we have been partners before? For the first half of my time so far on this game site I played mainly single deck because that is really the only variety I played the last 43 years. Then I got interested in the double deck and cut my teeth on that variety on this game site and thoroughly enjoy it.

Funny that you address me with my current name but that is just temporarily in a statement regarding the many drops affecting my ranking number negatively. Actually practically the whole time I've played on this game site I play as Mike Ox Big.

I cannot believe this and please do not ignore me on this latest one. I was playing against a high level player I have mentioned before and this is the third time against this particular player that the game has timed out and dropped along with showing that sorry something happened dialog box.

This happened at approximately 1209 p.m. CST. Is there a possibility a player can get into your game somehow and cause these disruptions to happen? What are the chances that this is happened against this player for a third time and I've only ever seen this player four times in the thousand plus games I played?

Also!!!
It just happened to be on that players throw and even just the first book of the game of double deck regular non-expert table and I pulled a meld of over 150 points myself. Magically the game froze again.

Please check if it is my phone like you mentioned could happen before that your program isn't allowing a slight hesitation on people's networks

Is there a possibility people are hacking your game?

Frankly, josh, I am sick of it! And from the very few that utilize this form they are sick of it too so with that small sample utilizing this Avenue of communication can you imagine what the populist feels in general?

Hi Mike. I did take a look at the logs of this game. It looks like the same pattern. I do have an update to address this scenario. I am hoping to finish testing it this week.

What about the rotating cards on the others?

It just happened again at 7:06 p.m. CST.
I just can't stomach this anymore that it makes me appear to be quitting games daily or even multiple games daily to these other players if indeed it's because of a hiccup between my network and your server.

Can you please let me know via an email or something when it's fixed because I can't play here anymore.

Mike, it is getting so frustrating about the game freezing up in the middle of a game. Win or loose its frustrating. Here we are in this instance a good chance of winning .My partnertntildeath my self Terber other opponent wots score us 83 them 82 our meld was 39 and 4 tricks taken with many points left for us to get and of course we get the message SORRY GAME ENDED SOMETHING WENT WRONG GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
